Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any delays will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    • International: 6–10 business days (customs delays may occur)
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over 20$, depending on the region (shown at checkout).

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Important Information

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, nor for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
